Course Introduction

Welcome to the IP Office Implementation Workshop! This course is designed to teach participants how to install and configure the IP Office system and Voicemail Pro. The class will include lecture and hands-on lab activities explaining the various features and functions of the IP Office and Voicemail Pro.

  • Create and monitor Hunt Groups
  • Configure an Incoming Call Route
  • Erase, Upgrade and Download Configurations
  • Install and test Voicemail Pro
  • Import/Export a Callflow
  • Create WAV files to control call flow
  • Customize Default Start Points
